For 4 weeks, every Thursday starting September 22nd through October 13th, the Memphis Bar Association is offering an Autumn Rhythm & Routine Yoga CLE series. The series will be taught by Alternative Spring Break Chair, Cindy Pensoneau, who also organized our 2022 Spring Rejuvenation Retreat.
