Harnessing the Power of the Sun with a Strengthening Yoga and Mindfulness Session
As we approach Summer's heat and humidity, we may find ourselves wishing for cooler Spring temperatures. To encourage ourselves with the practice of present-moment awareness, Kirtana (Keer-tha-na) Kalavapudi invites you to join her for a 45-minute strengthening yoga and mindfulness practice. This practice will consist of salutations to the Sun to strengthen our bodies and breath techniques to invigorate our minds.
