How to Practice Mindfulness As a Law Student

Join the MILS Law Student Division Wednesday, October 8th at 5:00pm EST as members discuss how to create and incorporate a consistent mindfulness practice as a law student. If you attended our Introduction to Mindfulness last month, you heard all about why mindfulness as a skill is important and how it can help you succeed in law school. If you're now questioning where to begin, this event is for you. Members who began incorporating mindful practices as students will be discussing where they began, how they found practices that aligned with them, and how they built systems that worked for them to support a consistent practice while in school. There will also be a brief practice and time for questions. We hope you can join and can't wait to see you there!
