This year, we’re exploring Beginner’s Mind, Mindful Lawyering, and a variety of mindfulness meditation and movement practices designed to help you reconnect to clarity, calm, and compassion.
Lex Firehawk, MILS Co-President & Co-Chair of the Arizona Chapter, will introduce and facilitate the Retreat. The sessions and practices will be led by MILS Board Members Nathalie Martin, author of several mindfulness books (including Yoga for Lawyers: Mind Body Connections to Feel Better All the Time), and Lynn Su, who recently received her Mindfulness Facilitator Credential through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and the Mindfulness Center at the School of Public Health, along with Denise Robinson, MILS Member and organizational well-being thought leader and host of PLI’s Mindfulness for Lawyers series.
