2026 Well-Being Week In Law

MILS is honored to support the Institute for Well-Being In Law (IWIL) during Well-Being Week In Law with the following daily 30-minute mindfulness offerings:

  • Monday, May 4 at 9 am ET/ 8 am CT / 6 am PT: Breath & Stretch Yoga, offered by Tracey Meyers, Psy.D., and MILS Board Member. Kick off Well-Being Week in Law with a gentle yoga session designed to restore balance and support overall health - click here to register.

  • Tuesday, May 5 at 12 pm ET/ 11 am CT / 9 am PT: Rooting in Kindness meditation practice. Join Karen Munoz, MILS Board Member & Faculty Circle Leader for a powerful meditation to root together, where love and empathy guide our focus. We will begin by connecting our breath and energy to sending love and kindness to ourselves, our loved ones, and lastly, externally at large - click here to register.
