Honoring the Feminine Paradigm in Mindfulness & Law
Wednesday, March 11 at 1 pm ET/ 12 pm CT/ 10 am PT
In honor of Women’s History Month, Claire E. Parsons, lawyer, mindfulness teacher, and Chair of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Mindfulness in Law Society, will discuss the role of the feminine paradigm in mindfulness practice and what it offers to our lives as legal professionals. She will also include a practice to help us honor all those people who helped us cultivate a balanced approach to mindfulness and law.
Balance is something that many in the legal profession are seeking, especially those who explore mindfulness practices. Even if we do not consciously recognize it, many in the legal profession regardless of gender or gender identity may be searching for a balance that comes from embracing the feminine paradigm. This includes feeling, embodiment, relaxation, receptivity, intuition, and living a heart-centered life.
